Board Meeting Schedule

Regular and special meetings of the Board of Trustees are held between December 1st and November 30th of each year. Regular Board meetings are normally held every third Wednesday from 6:30 p.m and Board Policy Review Meetings are scheduled at 6 p.m. They are held in the Board Room at the Catholic Education Centre, 46 Alliance Blvd., Barrie unless otherwise specified.

We take the opportunity to practice our faith through the celebration of Mass at some of our Board meetings (see events below). Members of the community are welcome to attend Mass and/or Board meetings.
